Dayna Hasson
"Dayna is a dynamic addition to
our faculty. She is great with younger kids and really enjoys being a
role model for them." ~ Sarah Mason
Dayna is an exciting member of the PAA staff,
and her fun classes are often times waitlisted. She teaches all forms of
dance, and has trained with a long list of instructors, including
Jason Samuels-Smith, Heather Cornell, Roxanne Butterfly, Ayodele
Casel, Gil Stroming, Jeannie Hill, Sarah Mason, Kelli Ludovici, and
Tracy Syphard-Shaner, to name a few. She has received many awards for
her performing ability and was honored by being selected to be a
Broadway Dance Center intern during the summer of 2005 (where she
spent a few months rubbing shoulders with the finest names in dance)!
Dayna is an experienced and
energetic performer, appearing in musicals like Sweet Charity and
42nd Street, as well as dance performances with Jade Dance
Project.
Dayna is currently President of Whiplash, Penn State
University's hip-hop and jazz company, for whom she has performed and
choreographed.
