Dance &
Theatre Classes
Our Dance & Theatre programs begin with the experience of a
Broadway performer and choreographer - PAA’s Creative Director Sarah
Mason.
Whether you are searching for a ballet class for your
3-year-old, or aspiring to train with Emmy
Award-winning performers, PAA
has programs for both recreational and professional dancers of all ages,
levels and interests.
Our
technique classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Musical Theater are
designed for children as young as 3 and for adults
at any age, and they
are taught by faculty who have trained at Broadway Dance Center and with
dance greats such as Dan Karaty, Gelsey Kirkland and Savion Glover.
For
those dancers who desire a greater challenge, our
Studio Companies offer an early
professional experience for dancers while our
Broadway Connection
brings our students together with the world’s
finest dancer’s right here in Potters Mills.

Private Music Instruction
We place great importance on
both learning the correct technique required to play the guitar together
with an understanding of music theory. Our students learn how to read
music and perform selections of Bach and Beethoven while learning how to
play the rhythms and solos of their rock and country favorites. Parents
can hear their kids practicing “Bach’s Minuet in G” along with “Smoke on
the Water” at home. PAA students have many opportunities to perform
throughout the community, whether they are playing classical music at the
Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts or jamming rock-and-roll
classics such as the Beatles “Come Together” or Van Halen’s version of
“You Really Got Me” at PAA’s summer Rock-and-Roll Band Camp. PAA guitar
students have fun as they become experienced guitar players!
Private guitar, bass, voice, dance and theatre instruction
can be scheduled by
calling the office.
